Sunny Days at Skate Train

May Bank Holiday Weekend saw the launch of Skatetrain (www.skatetraindublin.blogspot.com). This excellent low impact sport training continues every Sunday at 1pm meeting in the Phoenix Park. This is open to everyone and its absolutely FREE. Its an excellent complimentary sport for running and will cross train and develop core fitness. I certainly felt the burn after just 1 hour of light skating.

Skate Train Info

Some of you were asking about Skate Train. Take a look at http://www.skatetraindublin.blogspot.com/ Anyone who works in a busy office is sure to find someone who has a pair of skates so one idea is to pop a notice up on your notice board to see if you can get a second hand pair. You can always upgrade when you get really into it.

If you want state of the art skates at the best prices in town, contact Grant at http://www.wreckless.ie/ for gear. He has K2s for 150 (normally 200). These are the ferrari of skates and are so comfortable that you will want to wear them to bed. (ok, maybe not exactly)
