New Route
We deviated slightly today and increased our distance a little. Im feeling the burn but the fitness is coming and considering the whoops and yelps which we met along the way, perhaps its beginning to show.
Keep up the good work girls.

Womens Meet and Train is for everyone who enjoys walking or jogging.
We meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm
Castleknock Gates Phoenix Park to train for
Flora Womens Mini Marathon which happens
on June 4th at 3pm.
All are welcome regardless of whether you are training for the Marathon or just for fun.
Im running for Saoirse Womens Refuge but it really doesnt matter which charity you select, they are all great causes. If you wish to see a list of the charities, simply go to The Flora Womens Mini Marathon website
website. Let me know the group you are running for and I will put a link up for you. Also, if you use the vote section on the left to vote for the Group you are running for, it will be possible to calculate how much The Womens Meet and Train Group Dublin 15 has raised for various charities.
Its possible to Sponsor me on this page too. Simply click on the link and you can pay via credit card online immediately. Even the smallest donation will be appreciated. Its all about numbers. Just give what you can.
